Coded Welding Services Current documentation to BSEN and ASME standards and approved for work falling under the Pressure Equipment Directive. Fully conversant with MIG, TIG and MMA processes, and hold current all positional approvals for stainless and carbon steel pipe and plate including stainless steel grades 304, 316 and 310, and carbon steel pipe grade A106 and S355 plate. more...
Working in Confined Spaces Services Our personnel are trained to Water UK City and Guilds standard, carry their own safety equipment and have a well rounded knowledge of working in a confined space environment. We have worked inside steam boilers, vessels and tanks, in covered reservoirs, underground chambers and culverts, and inside large capacity oil storage tanks. Whether your confined space requirement is for regular maintenance work, repairs or for a major refurbishment including coded welding work, we have the experience to ensure the project is delivered safely. more...
Installation Services We are able to carry out an extremely varied range of tasks from general mechanical maintenance through to high integrity manufacturing, including all positional welding subject to third party inspection.
We are experienced in the planning and running of heavy lifting operations, with our own AP and Slinger Signallers, and operation of fork lifts, telescopic handlers and various types of powered access equipment. Holders of CSCS and EUSR cards for utility sites. We offer a flexible service including working up to seven days per week and around the clock when necessary to suit your project requirements. more...
